I have been a Realtor in San Diego since 1999.
As a resident of Rancho Penasquitos (a beautiful suburb of San Diego) and having had children in the local schools, makes me extremely familiar with this area and it's surrounding suburbs. I have helped my clients find homes thoughout San Diego, in areas such as, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, Mira Mesa, Poway, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe, Santa Luz, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Sabre Springs and the new suburbs of 4S Ranch, Del Sur and Black Mountain Ranch and many others.
In addition to being a listing agent in many of the above suburbs I am a trained Relocation Agent and have helped relocate many clients from around the world. I am originally from South Africa so I have intimate knowledge on relocating.
I hold the ABR designation, which is an Accredited Buyer Representative and I have also earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, in 2008. Only 4% of ALL Realtors have these designations.
